Denise Moreland is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Board-Certified Supervisor of Counselors, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy Professional, Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC). She earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Towson University, and her Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Liberty University.

She specializes in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) . Her focus is on individuals suffering from trauma, depression, severe anxiety, gambling issues and addiction/recovery.

Leo Altidor is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor, awaiting his Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor license. He received his Master of Science in Counseling from Johns Hopkins University, with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

He has experience with various counseling modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy. He has experience with Anxiety/Stress Management, Depression, Anger Management, Executive Functioning Training, and Trauma-Informed Care.

Leo works to establish therapy as a safe space for clients to work through stigma, better understand their resources and barriers, and successfully reach a state of thriving wellness. Leo is deeply committed to improving the standard of and ease of access to mental health and co-occurring care, as well as decreasing social stigma related to accessing mental health care.

Dan Chase

Dan Chase is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor Intern, awaiting his Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor license. He received his Master of Science in Counseling from McDaniel College, with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He has worked in the fields of Outpatient Rehabilitation, Outpatient Community Psychiatry, and Inpatient Treatment for University of Maryland Medical Center in downtown Baltimore, as well as Sheppard Pratt Hospital.

He has experience with various counseling modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy. He has experience and training concentrating on Trauma-Informed Care. Areas of focus on Stress Management, Anger Management, Anxiety, Depression, Social Skills Development, Substance Abuse/Addictions, and Co-Occurring Disorders.

Dan feels that the principle to counseling stems from the Recovery Model where both therapist and client partner together to identify strengths, goals, and potential for growth. Dan is committed to helping you feel empowered to develop fresh insights about your life, learn how to make healthier choices, develop coping strategies to manage distress, and help find meaning and purpose. 

Faith Gibson is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC). She earned her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of the Cumberlands. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

Faith has experience in various modalities of counseling including Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She has experience providing trauma-informed care. Areas of focus include depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and body image issues. 

Faith strives to create a safe space for her clients to process their thoughts, emotions and experiences. The three key principles of person-centered therapy are empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard. It is of the utmost importance to Faith to uphold these principles in sessions with clients. Faith strives to meet clients where they are in their journey and support their growth and healing.

Don Kneessi

LGPC, MS

Don Kneessi is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor.  He received his Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Forensic Counseling from Walden University.   Don has worked in the human services field for 17 years with a variety of different populations such as: geriatric, youth and families under DJS supervision, persons diagnosed with developmental disabilities, homeless Veterans in Baltimore City, and adults receiving residential mental health rehabilitative services.

Don believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential in successful therapy.
 Therefore, he provides a safe space for his clients to open up and be themselves while meeting them with empathy, compassion, and accountability.

Don is fully committed to help guide clients to greater self-awareness through exploring life possibilities and by identifying factors that block awareness and freedom. He validates the importance of responsibility, freedom, awareness, and potential.  Don utilizes techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Existential-Humanistic Therapy; however, techniques from other approaches may also be utilized as they are deemed useful in helping towards self-awareness.

Shalia Seibles is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor. She received her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree from Walden University. She has experience working in the addiction and mental health field in Baltimore City mental health clinics.

She has experience with an array of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy and Group Therapy. She has experience working with individuals who suffer from addiction, co-occurring disorders, depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, family issues and trauma.

Shalia is passionate about helping individuals navigate through life challenges and reach their desired goals. She strives to create a safe space for individuals to feel supported and empowered to process their thoughts and feelings.
